ReelKeep is a product of Silverline Future Analytics (“Silverline”, “we”). This policy covers this website (www.reelkeep.com), the ReelKeep waiting list and the ReelKeep beta. For questions or to use your rights, email support@silverlinefuture.com.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Our hosting provider, Railway, keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser) for a short period to run and protect the service.

The waiting list

When you join the waiting list we keep:

• your email address and the time you gave consent;
• your answers, if you give them: where you save the most, roughly how many saves you have and what you would like to do with them;
• the channel that brought you (for example, a link from Instagram), and when you confirmed your place.

We use this only to run the waiting list and to email you about early access and the launch. We do this because you asked us to, and you can withdraw at any time by emailing support@silverlinefuture.com. We email only addresses that confirmed their place with the link we sent, and we send at most three confirmation emails to an address that has not confirmed. Your IP address is used to limit repeated sign-ups and is not stored with your entry. We never share or sell your details.

Sign-ups are stored in Railway’s EU West region and confirmation emails are sent through Resend from its Ireland region. We keep your entry until you ask to be removed or the waiting list closes at launch, whichever comes first.

The ReelKeep beta

ReelKeep is a Silverline product for saving links, watching on purpose and turning saved content into actions. The sections below describe the beta and identify planned features that may not yet be available.

Your account and library

ReelKeep stores your sign-in email, account identifiers, saved links, available platform metadata, pasted captions, private notes, reminders and settings so your library can work across the web and iPhone. Platform videos and thumbnails are not downloaded or re-hosted. Private notes are visible only to their author.

Signing in

You can sign in by email code, or with Google or Apple when enabled. Accounts link automatically only when the provider confirms a verified email. An Apple private-relay address is its own identity. Social-network tokens are not kept after sign-in, except an encrypted Apple refresh token needed for account revocation.

AI and your choices

AI routes are planned features. On-device processing stays on your iPhone. Apple Private Cloud Compute, your own provider key and ReelKeep cloud have separate route notices. Sending content to a third-party AI provider requires your consent. Your library, including AI inputs and results, is stored on ReelKeep’s servers so the web app works. Availability and controls will be explained before these features are enabled.

Service providers

The beta uses Railway for hosting and Resend for email. Embedded players and sign-in providers receive requests when you use them. Error monitoring, analytics, cloud AI and payments may add Sentry, PostHog, Anthropic, Stripe, RevenueCat and Apple APNs as those features launch. Hosting runs in Railway’s EU West region and email is sent from Resend’s Ireland region. This policy will be updated before any further provider is switched on.

Retention and deletion

The product’s planned retention policy refreshes or clears platform metadata after 30 days, removes captured source text and completed AI-job inputs after 30 days, keeps events for 24 months, logs for 30 days and audit records for 12 months. Soft-deleted records are to be purged after 90 days; account deletion is to purge account data immediately, with backups aging out within their rolling window. You can download your data and delete your account yourself in Settings. Retention automation is being delivered separately; these periods are not a claim that it is already operating.

Platform policies

Platform content remains with its original service. Using embedded YouTube content is subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them or to delete them, and you can withdraw your consent to emails at any time. Email support@silverlinefuture.com and we will reply within 30 days. Legal-reviewed policies are planned before general release; we will update this page and change the date above when anything changes.
